Extensive professional experience in sales and marketing and a distinguished educational pedigree specializing in Services Marketing, along with multiple SLT position tenures, Christa brings an unusually broad range of expertise in marketing and communications. She is the proverbial Purple Unicorn blending Omni-Channel Marketing experience with unusual data analysis capabilities and insight.

Christa left Hawaii's prestigious Punahou School to join the first class of women admitted to Columbia University. After graduating, she spent several years in the Manhattan hospitality market. Later experience with Group 1 Software (a division of Pitney Bowes) provided sales, training and consulting experience in the technology world of database marketing and CRM implementation and strategies.

Her CRM and analytical expertise were further exhibited as a Corporate Director of Strategic Marketing at Pinnacle Entertainment. While there, she directed the development of seven websites, managed the strategic direction and analytics of customer communications and loyalty programs. This included the direct mail for 6 regional properties (8.5 mllion pieces annually) as well as the launching of Pinnacle's Internet marketing and communications programs. Guest Satisfactions Surveys were another invaluable achievement for the properties and the corporate structure that illuminated strengths, weaknesses and trends for management. Further executive IR, PR and strategic management experience was gained while at Youbet.com.

During her tenure with Las Vegas Gaming, Inc., she lead the overwhelmingly successful launch of PortalVision™ to award-winning ends. The strategy included a repositioning of the corporate entity during a comprehensive Business to Business MarCom campaign launched to four separate market segments. The campaign crossed every marketing discipline.
